These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Arclane, including the Arclane website, mobile app, coaching features, subscriptions, and related services.
Using Arclane
You are responsible for the information you provide, the choices you make based on Arclane output, and keeping your account credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Arclane in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Coaching, AI output, and professional advice
Arclane provides AI-assisted career coaching, reflection, preparation, and practice prompts. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, employment advice, or a crisis service. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so you should use your own judgment before acting on it.
Accounts and subscriptions
Some features require an account or an active Arclane Grow subscription. Purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple and managed through your App Store account. Subscription availability, pricing, trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple's applicable terms and App Store policies.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit to Arclane. You give Arclane permission to use that content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, including generating coaching responses, summaries, saved context, and insights you choose to use.
Privacy
Arclane handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By using Arclane, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by the service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, transcription, payments, and AI processing providers.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Arclane, update these terms, or limit access when necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. If we make material changes, we will update this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Arclane is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arclane disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated output.
